Our community offers a plethora of amenities including a large pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, basketball court, volleyball court, playground, and boat ramp. Explore nature trails spanning 420 acres, kayak through White’s Creek, or enjoy a round of golf on the executive golf course. Bethany Beach is perfect for soaking up the sun, while Rehoboth Beach outlet shopping is just 10 miles away, and Ocean City is a short 17-mile drive.

For culinary enthusiasts, our home is equipped with everything you need, from blenders to ice cream makers — plus, the kitchen was completely renovated in 2025 with modern upgrades to make meal prep a breeze. Dine in the updated eat-in kitchen, on the front deck, or the back porch. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

The spacious master bedroom features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds. A queen sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space. Entertainment options include books, games, a cooler, beach umbrella, and two beach chairs.

Please note that linens (sheets and towels) are not included but may be rented locally at Coastal Beach Service or Sheets at the Beach.

A $25 per person fee applies for pool use, and pets are considered with an additional pet fee.

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week at the beach. The location was fantastic—close to Bethany Beach, restaurants, shopping, and everything else we wanted to do, while still being in a peaceful area.The host was friendly, communicative, and made everything easy from check-in through checkout. We really enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay in the Bethany/Ocean View area!

Lovely view from the back porch. We enjoyed eating out there. It was so nice to have a pool and ping pong table to keep the kids happy. Property was nice and clean. Unfortunately there was no dishwasher soup, so we washed everything by hand. It would have been really nice if towels and bed linens were provided. We traveled by plane and bringing these items with was not convenient since we do not check luggage.

It was a very nice property. Pet friendly, very clean. The host is very responsive. There is beautiful views and a nice small beach area. The room could use better internet services, wifi was constantly loading when trying to stream, so we ended up watching cable. I also wasn't crazy that we had to pay for pool passes that we only used one time, usually these are included in rentals. I didnt know this until after putting down a payment that the pool passes were not included. Also if bringing kids please make note the community pool doesnt allow children under 16 in the hot tub. My kids were bummed about that. I would also suggest bringing a frying pan had a hard time cooking in the ones provided. Everything was sticking to the pan even when using oil or butter prior to cooking in it. All in all though it was a nice size place with beautiful views. We had a great vacation.

Would definitely stay again. GREAT views from the screened in deck (we had breakfast there almost every morning of our stay, and most eat-in dinners). here is ample cookware for your needs ( assuming you DO cook) with blender, food processor, crock pot, waffle iron, and more in addition to pots / pans normally provided. Not a golfer, but the grassy lawns were great for walking and pet friendly (our Husky-Eskimo was happy). Great location for the beaches (far enough away that it's very quiet, close enough that it's about 15-20 minute drive in either direction). Owners were warm and friendly, with helpful info provided for the area.Not easily impressed, but definetely one of the best we've stayed in.
