Oasis by the Mayo Clinic II is in the beautiful Historic SouthWest neighborhood. Walking distance to the Clinic, St Mary's, downtown, Soldier's field, people's co-op etc.
As a side note: we do rent the front part of the house. The unit has a separate entrance, is fully self-contained, & completely independent from this unit. Sometimes you might hear noise from the front home.
