Very nice pet friendly property close to the beach. Beds, linens, towels were very nice, and kitchen is stocked with everything you need for meals and cocktails. IOP property management is very responsive and addressed an issue we noted immediately. I would stay here again.

Very pleased generally, however-Fridge downstairs didnt work. TV latency/ stop/start diminished sports watching significantly. Knives were not sharp enough to carve turkey. Outside windows could be cleaner. Kept getting soliciting messages about paying for early entry although I had, plus did not get a receipt for it.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Jack. We’re glad to hear you were generally pleased with your stay. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with the fridge, TV, knives, and outside windows—your notes are very helpful as we work to improve the property. We also regret the confusion regarding early entry and the receipt, and we will review our communication process to prevent this in the future. We appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again under a seamless experience. — IOP Escapes
