The living room, both king bedrooms, and the back porch are equipped with smart TVs.
INDOOR: Smart TVs, electric fireplace, dining table, breakfast bar, board games, puzzles, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, electric sit/stand desk, hair dryer, black out shades in every room, spacious closets with hangars, clean cotton bath towels and freshly made beds.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and deep sink. Full-size and mini-refrigerators, stove/oven, microwave+air fyer, dishware/flatware, kids dishes, Keurig and drip coffee maker, microwave, cocktail/wine/champagne glasses
OUTDOOR: furnished screened patio with smart TV, shower, bicycles, two beach wagons, 6 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, sand toys & shovels, shuffleboard, corn hole, pickleball paddles/balls, 3 adult and 2 kid bikes (with kid helmets and bike locks).

We've been an Oak Island visitor for years and decided to purchase a new construction house in 2024 to have a place to call home. We believe in sharing the magic of the island with others and are dedicated to ensuring our friends, family members, and new guests enjoy their stay so much that they want to come back every year. We don't just love peak season, but love the off-season months when we do a lot of fishing and bonfires on the beach during Thanksgiving and Christmas. Your first impression matters to us -- you should walk in the front door and say two things: "wow, this place is super clean" and "this place feels so cozy that if feels like I'm home." Trust me when I say that a clean home is a MUST. Don't second guess your plans -- just book a few nights and we guarantee you won't want to leave.
