Welcome to The Cottage at Oak Island! Designed for comfort and ease, this spacious newly constructed beach house accommodates up to 12 guests. It features two master suites with king beds and ensuite bathrooms, a queen bedroom, and a kid-friendly bunk room with two bunk beds and a pack 'n' play. The well-equipped kitchen offers ceramic and stainless cookware and multiple coffee options. Just a 90-second walk to the beach and close to shops, restaurants, playground, splash pad, and farmers' market for ultimate convenience.

*Construction Notice* - Our home is newly constructed, and the builder has also acquired the lot next door for development. Construction is expected to continue through November 2025. To account for any potential disruption, we have built in a discount on our standard rates through the construction period.
