Access to beach and the living space were both top tier. Great views from the living space and the rooms were all clean. Parking and beach accessories were on first floor right beneath the condo. 10/10 across the board.

Well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. This unit is very comfortable for 4 adults. There is not a lot of closet space and there is no closet in the third bedroom. The closet in the second bedroom had a step stool, a vacuum and 2 folding chairs in it limiting the available space.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea la Vie! The condo is truly in an ideal beachfront location—just steps from the beach and perfectly situated near shops and dining options. The ocean views from the private balcony were beautiful. We especially enjoyed morning coffee with the sound of the waves and relaxing evenings on the balcony with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.The condo was comfortable, clean, and beautifully updated, and it was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The fully stocked kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and having beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys available in the private storage area was a great bonus.Overall, this was a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway. We would definitely come back and stay again and highly recommend Sea la Vie for anyone looking for a true oceanfront experience on Oak Island.Kim & Miles

Great place with a great view

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay here, the location is great and the view outstanding. The beach is practically at your doorstep and a grocery store and several restaurants are all within walking distance, in fact we didn't move the car all weekend. Great place, we hope to stay here again!

After searching the NC beaches for a vacation home, we fell in love with the peace and tranquility of Oak Island and it’s neighboring town of Southport (whose small-town feel reminded us of our childhood home).
