We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very clean. The outside yard could use to be cleaned up. But you honestly can’t beat the views here. The beach is private so it’s got a bit of debris but it’s gorgeous!! The host was very easy to deal. We were slightly inconvenienced a few times for some minor repairs that were needed which she reacted very timely to fix. She was lovely. We’d definitely stay here again.

Beautifully decorated home right on the beach. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying the beach and taking in the views. Heather is a wonderful host and has thought of everything from beach chairs and umbrellas to providing nice towels, foil, plastic wrap and plastic ziplocks. The beach was peaceful, full of shells and we even saw some dolphins. It was a lovely few days.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, only a few steps from the beach with incredible ocean views, especially at sunset. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful beach getaway.

Location is fantastic. Right on the beach with a short walk over the dune. The elevator was helpful for bringing in groceries and luggage. Elevator only goes to the main level. Bathrooms were nice and bedrooms were spacious. Outdoor shower was fantastic. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available at the house. Only thing we would have liked to have that we didn’t have was a grill. Otherwise, house had everything that we needed to enjoy our visit. Love Oak Island!

The property was beautiful and you can’t beat being right on the beach. The coffee maker was very slow, the upstairs remained hot and the upstairs drain was slow. Also the online pictures need to be updated.

This place was better than we expected. I got to bond with the boys over Super PACman . That brought back memories. We all enjoyed walking out the back and being right on the beach . The chairs to sit on the beach was a great bonus . Thank you for sharing your magical place . I love the octopus art . Clean and beautiful design . Hope we can come back soon.

The home was beautiful and the location was perfect. The downside of our week long stay was that the beach outside the house was being dredged and there were lights, heavy equipment and noise 24/7. That ruined the atmosphere for sure, but was not Heather's fault and shouldn't affect other renters. House was clean and we loved the layout and all the blankets for snuggling on the big couch in the main downstairs room.
