This small cabin is great for tournament fisherman looking for a quiet and safe place to hide out till fishing time. It is 10min from Green pond landing, 5min from Broyles landing 15min from Clemson University for those exciting home games. 25min to downtown Anderson and 35min to Greenville.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean up any trash, put in trash can, then take out to big trash can outside. Take all used towels and place in bathroom floor.
Leave place the way you found it, by replacing all remotes and furniture the way it was. Turn off all lights, A/C unit, TV's and fans. Press lock on the door on way out.
