Regarding the ceiling in the family room, we were made aware of a small area that required repair following an unexpected leak. It was scheduled to be patched the following week, and we regret that it was not resolved before your arrival. This is being corrected immediately to prevent future disruption. The WiFi login detail are automatically sent through the booking platform. I’m sorry for the delay in my response and am implementing faster messaging alerts to ensure timely communication although the WIFI instructions were provided prior to arrival. As for the master bedroom and bathroom, I appreciate your comments. The mattress protector is medical-grade for sanitation, which some guests appreciate, but I understand the noise may be bothersome. We will consider quieter alternatives. The towels and bedding are being updated to improve guest comfort and appearance. Cleanliness is one of our top priorities, and I am disappointed to hear about the floors and stove. We’ve addressed this with our cleaning team and will reinforce our quality checks before each stay. Lastly, while we do provide a standard coffee maker with filters, we recognize the growing preference for Keurig machines and are considering adding one for guest convenience.
