Other Things to Note:
This multi-level home requires stair use. The elevator is unavailable unless added for an additional fee of $150.
If the elevator fee is paid and access is granted, the following terms apply: luggage and heavy items are prohibited in the elevator. Misuse of the elevator will void access without a refund.
Please note: even if the elevator fee has been paid, there is still a possibility the elevator may not be working upon arrival. We will test the elevator before your arrival. If it is not working, we will contact a technician and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. However, elevators have many components, and parts or repairs are not always available immediately. If the technician is unable to repair the elevator before or during your stay, the elevator may not be available for use, and guests must be able to use the stairs. The fee will be refunded if the elevator is not operable.
If the elevator is not added, all guests must be able to climb stairs.
