Welcome to your perfect getaway, nestled in the scenic landscape of Canon City, Colorado. Our spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath home provides an ideal blend of adventure and relaxation. After a day exploring nearby attractions, retreat to our comfortable living spaces, or enjoy friendly competition in our game area featuring ping pong and foosball tables. Whether you're planning an action-packed vacation or a tranquil escape, our home serves as the ultimate base to unwind, recharge, and make lasting memories.
The space
As you step inside, you'll find a beautifully decorated interior with all the comforts of home. The open-plan living area is perfect for gathering all together. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to cook a "home-cooked" meal while being away from home. With five spacious bedrooms, including a primary bedroom suite with its own private bath, our home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

You'll also enjoy the downstairs living space, complete with smart TV, a Foosball table, Ping-Pong table and wet bar.

The back covered patio allows for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening or just to sit and enjoy the fresh Colorado air.

Located in the prestigious Dawson Ranch, you are just a short drive from the heart of Canon City, where you can explore local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the proximity to hiking trails, river rafting, and the famous Royal Gorge Bridge and Park.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home. In addition there is plenty of off street parking including a carport and room for and RV/camper.

Please remember that you're staying in house not a hotel. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible. If you notice any items that need to be addressed during your stay, we appreciate you letting us know. Thank you!
Other things to note
The guest manual has a lot of useful information to include local trails, resource guides, restaurants, WiFi info, etc. it is located inside the home and we ask that you review it, as it helps answer some of the most commonly asked questions about our home and area.

Smoking is allowed outside. No marijuana products are allowed to be brought inside the house. If the house smells of marijuana and mitigation is required, there will be an additional fee.

We do not allow late check-outs. We host traveling professionals for 30+ day stays. Please inquire for options for your extended stay needs.

Sheets and pillows for the sofa sleeper in the basement can be found in the cabinet next to the wet bar. Blankets can be found in the living room and/or in one of the closets.

The shed in the back yard is not accessible to guests.

There are a variety of Colorado wildlife (rabbits, deer, bear, etc) that may walk past or be around during your stay. Please be respectful as this is their home and we ask that you not chase them.
