The House was Amazing! It was clean had a hot tub, game room, all utensils for cooking in a large kitchen. The family had an amazing time there. Nothing but positive feedback on the house and our stay. Thank you for having such a wonderful house to let others experience the joys of Ruidoso. Just minutes from town and grindstone lake!

Loved all the wildlife, Elk, deer and a bear. The bear was on a schedule between 9 & 9:30. Make sure you dump out your trash bags in the dumpster so Mr. Bear doesn’t pull them out of the dumpster. The property was great, clean and comfortable.

Our family had a great stay and my kids loved the hot tub i personally loved the big spacious kitchen very jealous how big it is :) we really enjoyed the garage play room we spent a lot of time in there playing pool table ping pong and Simpson game and poker :) I have one small complaint the driveway is steep it's scary !! We loved the scenery and saw deer everywhere and saw them in the driveway too !! Thankyou !, we made fun good memories !!
