This is a six floor, two bedroom condominium at Las Palmas Beach and Golf Resort. The Topaz Tower is in Phase one, oriented towards the sunset, and near La Maria Restaurant. Both bedrooms offer king sized beds and access to the large balcony via sliding glass doors. A pair of sophisticated dark leather sofas dominate the living room. There is sliding door balcony access here, a wall mounted TV, along with the condos fiber optic wireless internet, among the fastest in town. Six can eat at the dining table, or sit at the kitchen counter for casual dining.

What an incredible balcony! This shade covered and tiled space stretches the length of the condo, offering access from the living room, as well as both bedrooms. The full dining table has six seats. There are two chaise lounge chairs for sun bathing, and also a unique hanging chairs that swivels and is so relaxing!

The kitchen is appointed with appliances large and small, along with full cookware, and dinnerware as well. A separate room houses the washer and dryer, along with a sink. The master bedroom has a king sleigh bed and walk-in closet with a small safe. The attached master bathroom is elegant in travertine tile, with its shower stall, separate bathtub, and vanity with two sinks and a large mirror. The guest bedroom opens onto the balcony as well, has a TV, and a separate hall accessible bathroom with vanity and shower.

Enjoy Rocky Point at its finest at Las Palomas Beach and Golf Resort. Of course the 18 hole golf course set on the rolling dunes near the ocean is a high point for any golfer. Lots of great Resort amenities are designed to appeal to any vacationer.
