Dirty property full of cockroaches and other bugs. Our friends had to go to a hotel due to the amount of cockroaches in their unit. We came back to the unit from an event and found ants everywhere in the bathroom. Multiple ants crawling all over our toothbrushes and in all of our toiletries. We walked barefoot on the floor for 5 minutes and our feet turned black from the dirt. Lockbox was very difficult to operate - our group had multiple people with experience using these lockboxes but it continuously got stuck. Would not recommend this property to anyone! We informed the owner of the bug issues in the unit and said we did not need a pest treatment to be done because we didn’t end up staying in that unit anyway. Also - who would want to stay in a unit actively being treated for cockroaches?! All requests for remediation of the hotel costs were completely denied. They were completely unhelpful even though we ended up only using one of the two units and had to pay for a hotel! Horrific experience. Also - we have photo evidence of all claims made in this review.
