Everything was awesome. But if I left you a recommendation of what is needed, I would suggest that there needs to be a broom left in the room to help keep the sand to a minimum. Also, we would’ve liked a full length mirror for reasons I’m sure you understand. Our stay was awesome though!! Thanks for hosting us!!

CHECK IN WAS AWFUL BECAUSE NO DIRECTION WAS GIVEN TO PARKING SPACE. THE PARKING SPACE ARE NOT LABELED IN ANY ORDER. NOT CLEAN HAD ROACHES AND SMELLED DIRTY. ROACHES WERE COMING OUT AS I WAS COOKING FOR MY FAMILY, THIS WAS NASTY SO I HAD TO THROW AWAY OUR DINNER. THE BUGS WERE IN THE DRAWS DEAD AND ALIVE. THERE WAS NO CURTAIN IN ONE OF THE ROOMS. ALSO CAUGHT FRONT DESK STAFF IN MY ROOM ON HIDDEN CAMERA OF MY OWN SHE TRIED TO GO THROUGH MY PHONE.ONE OF THE GROUNDSMEN FROM THE POOL CAME TO MY FLOOR AND WAS STARRING INTO THE LIVING AREA WHEN THE EVENING CAME I CLOSED THE LIVING ROOM CURTAIN IMMEDIATLY. I CONTACTED THE HOST TO ASK IF WE COULD GET A REFUND TO LEAVE EARLY THEY REFUSED. MY CHILDREN AND I FELT VERY UNCOMPFORTABLE. WHAT A WASTE OF SAVED MONEY. VERY DISSAPOINTED. THE ONLY ACCEPTABLE RESONSE IS A REFUND BECAUSE AN APOLOGY MEANS NOTHING TO MY FAMILY AND I. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT SHORES OF PANAMA AGAIN.
