Beautifully decorated three bedroom, two and a half bath villa located in the gated golf course community of Desert Falls County Club. Over 1800 square feet of tropical décor complimented by high vaulted ceilings, shutters, tropical ceiling fans, 6” baseboards, solid interior doors and tile/distressed wood flooring throughout. Turnkey furnished with spectacular views overlooking the pool, spa, palm trees and snow-capped Mt. San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. Enjoy the morning sun on your private East facing deck with bistro style dining set with glass top table and sunsets on the West deck.

Spacious living room with a gas fireplace, 65” UHD TV Samsung (smart tv) with large sectional couch and large ottoman. Formal dining area with beveled glass dining table that seats eight. Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and wine/beverage refrigerator in sunny breakfast nook that seats four. Weber outdoor gas barbeque on West facing deck complete with large glass dining table, six chairs, two Adirondack chairs and two umbrellas to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over Mt. San Jacinto. Unit is perfect for all types of cooks, bakers, bartenders and barbequers.

Large primary suite with California king bed, huge walk in closet with mirrored wardrobe door, large dresser, lighted ceiling fan, 55” Samsung UHD Smart TV, chaise lounge, ottoman, bookcase with storage, access to West facing deck, large en suit with corner soaking tub, dual vanities and separate shower. Also have a Pack N Play crib stored in its case in primary closet.

Second primary bedroom with queen size bed, en suite (3/4 bath), large walk- in closet with mirrored wardrobe door, lighted ceiling fan, 40" Hisense Roku TV (smart tv), large dresser, ottoman and views of the East facing deck overlooking the Santa Rosa Mountains.

Third bedroom with two twin beds, lighted ceiling fan, dresser, ottoman with storage and mirrored wardrobe closet. Twin mattresses can be used separately or placed together to make a king size bed.

The unit is perfect for two couples, each having a private bath, or a family with extended sleeping in the 3rd bedroom. Villa includes a hallway bathroom and separate Laundry Room w/ full size washer and dryer.

Villa includes 3 smart televisions and free fast Wi-Fi internet.

Large community pool/spa is a quiet and peaceful area away from exterior roads. Pool area is one of the only in the resort with a cabana cover, separate outdoor men and women’s restrooms, outdoor shower and drinking fountain.

Rental includes full use of the Desert Falls Clubhouse and dining facilities, 7 lighted tennis courts, 8 pickle ball courts and completely updated fitness center with state of the art exercise equipment (cardio and weight machines), yoga and pilates room, library and golf/tennis pro shops.

Golf opportunities abound in the surrounding area at reasonable prices. The Desert Falls championship golf course includes a 7000 yard, links style par 72 championship golf course with breathtaking panoramic mountain views. This property is one of the best we've found in all of our travels. The hosts have a sense of pride for their property that shows in the cleanliness and thoughtful touches for their guests. You will not find a kitchen with as many cooking and serving essentials. We like to cook in, so we appreciate the variety of mixing bowls, pots and pans and small appliances. Even the outdoor BBQ grill surface is spotless! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are large. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful condo in beautiful setting.

We loved this property! The condo complex is in the heart of Palm Desert and is lovely and very well maintained. The condo itself was quite large and spread out for our extended family to enjoy. There are two balconies with serene views and a breakfast seating area as well as a formal dining and living area. The bedrooms and bathrooms were also large and beautiful. I cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve the meal. The homeowner, Cari, was a pleasure to work with, and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a wonderful stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and beautiful. We really liked the kitchen which is well equipped. The beds were fine although the trundle bed was a little squeaky and saggy. We enjoyed the games in the closet. The TV was a little painful to figure out. The hot tub and pool were pleasantly warm. I didn't love having to unload the dishwasher before we left which complicated our departure. We enjoyed the bikes in the garage.

Delightfully Quiet

Our stay here was delightfully quiet. The grounds are meticulously maintained. We enjoyed long walks, pickle ball and the pool. Having our own patio for some meals and everything we needed in the kitchen. The King bed was very comfortable. The place is spacious enough to give everyone their own breathing room and had a great area to gather for meals and visiting. The gated community felt very safe. The owner communicates well and we would love to return.

We very much enjoyed our week here. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, and the large kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed playing tennis, the views of the mountains while walking through the property - and would have enjoyed the pool if the weather had been warmer! Temperatures were below normal with even some rain during our stay - but we got to see Joshua Tree National Park covered with snow! Highly recommend thus condo!

Our family of four adults totally enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. We enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen, and used the BBQ. The dining/living room area is comfortable, and we loved being on the second floor with two balconies. The grounds are well maintained and quiet. Just steps to the pool and hot tub was a plus! Cari was quick to respond and help with a question we had in using the Apple TV option. We played several beautiful golf courses, with many to choose from in close proximity! A wonderful and relaxing vacation! I would definately recommend it to others!

This is our 2nd 2month stay a this Tropical Paradice. As with last year I can’t express enough the kindness and promptness of Cari and Uwe. This perfectly located rental has been beautifully up graded with tile and wood flooring thu out. This year we returned to upgrades including a wine fridge an a water softener. We look forward to returning next year knowing that if we where to lose this gem that we would be hard pressed to duplicate this unit with it’s closeness to the pool and mountain views. This is a very comfortable, clean, and updated condo. Very comfortable with everything one needs, including, bedding, towels, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is excellent as it’s within walking distance to a grocery store, drug store and several restaurants. Felt like coming home when arriving the second year!

My husband and I grew up together in the same neighborhood in Southern California and were high school sweethearts. We currently live in Southern California. Our favorite place to travel is Maui, Hawaii.

My parents were original owners of a unit in Desert Falls and we have always enjoyed our stay. Whether that be taking part in the activities or just relaxing by the pool in the friendly, quiet and beautiful Desert Falls community. We are thrilled to have our tropical paradise in the desert and hope you enjoy it as much as we have.

What makes this property unique

We love the location of our unit. It has the most beautiful views of San Jacinto Mountain and overlooks one of the largest pools with jacuzzi, outdoor shower, bathroom and drinking fountain. The west facing balconies are sunny in the afternoon and the perfect spot to watch the beautiful desert sunsets. Since we have an upstairs unit we have vaulted ceilings in most of the rooms which gives our condo a very large and open feeling. All the windows and sliders let in a lot of natural light.
