Nice property

The property was nice, clean, and plenty of space. Very organized. Had a little trouble with the code and getting into the property. But was very satisfied with everything else.

Decent stay

Place was listed with 5 beds, but only had 4 beds and a blowup mattress (which we didn’t use). Lots of ants out on the counter tops, we did not leave any food out, the ants were there when we got there (have videos; cannot upload). Second floor AC unit wasn’t working properly, are never went below 75-77 degrees (have pics of thermostat). It was a really hot weekend and was difficult to sleep in the warm temperatures.

Thank you for your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that you experienced these issues during your stay. We always want our guests to be comfortable, and it’s disappointing to learn about your concerns after check-out, especially since we were never contacted during your visit. Had we known, we would’ve gladly addressed the ant issue, clarified the sleeping arrangements, and sent someone to check the AC right away. We’re always just a message away and do our best to respond quickly. The guest after your stay notified us during their stay of these issues. We sent an HVAC tech out who discovered a leak in our freon. We paid the $1280 cost to repair and the AC is blowing cold again. They also informed us about the ants and immediately sent out pest control to treat the entire home inside and out for all pests. Thanks again for staying with us, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
