Beautiful ocean views from inside and outside the condo, 20 steps to ocean sand. Hear ocean, not noise. Light, bright and airy. Best Mission Beach location: walk to beach, largest variety of stores, restaurants, everything in 1-5 min. Updated unit with granite/steel kitchen, bathroom, solid laminate flooring. Second floor unit with access to patio below.
Sleeps 5. Hilton hotel quality queen and twin beds plus queen sleeper. Access to ocean/beach view patio BBQ deck & Hot Tub with same wonderful views. Strong AC system.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We loved the view and the easy access to the ocean. The hot tub was so nice and perfect view to the ocean. Room was perfect! We had a beautiful blessed stay and we will stay again!

LOCATION IS AWESOME! I was very disappointed in the accommodations. First off, there was NO shampoo or body wash, I did not pack these items thinking an VRBO would have them. We were only given three full size shower towels for a four day stay. I never did figure out how to use the stove, I figured out how to turn on the light but no warmth in the oven for our leftovers. And the microwave, it gave me a heart attack. The lining is peeling all over the inside and explodes once heat is activated. It literally sounds like a gun shot, every time you heat something up. A 50 microwave replacement from Walmart would be an easy fix. It was downright scary. I never did find extra blankets for the pull out couch. Also, in the listing I wish the host would have made it more clear that we were sharing space-the patio and hot tub with others, it was not private at all, which is fine but I would have never booked it from the beginning. Thank God for the location and all the cute places within walking distance. This place was nothing special. Would not recommend to others or book again.

The unit was very clean and well set up, but really was too small for a family of 4. Because some of our family members became ill before the trip we only had 2 adults, which was comfortable. We had problems finding the key pass for the parking garage. We looked for it for over an hour. Host replaced it a day later. We worked out a deal with the other guests to use the garage on site, and then used their key pass, until the replacement key arrived.

The couch was horribly uncomfortable. The microwave needs to be replaced and there wasn't any coffee we could use. It was very close to boardwalk so you could hear people vomiting at 2am. Great for being close to action. Hot tub was disgusting and very unsanitary.

The check-in process was easy, with clear directions. The location was central to everything I wanted to do and more. This is a one stop shop for a vacation because everything is within walking distance. The parking is off site at a parking structure, but was also close by. I would say this place is comparable to a Jr suit in a hotel, but with more privacy. I enjoyed spending my birthday/mother's day here!
