Munjoy Hill, a neighbourhood in Portland, is home to this apartment. Thompson's Point and Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Casco Bay Lines Ferry Terminal and Bayside Bowl. In construction process. Not ready to rent. Definitely not for what I was charged. Entrance had no working lighting foyer had insulation showing , exposed wiring. Bathroom had a rusting h/w radiator sitting on 2 bricks and a piece of h/w floor sticking out dangerously close to shower. No tv’s. Had to park 3 blocks away when driveway was open ? I have video and pictures if you would like to see what you are renting to your customers. Received no response from host when texted about situation. I tried to make the best of it as to not ruin family vacation but very disappointed about getting no response from host or Vrbo.

Unfortunately your review is incorrect and I have already verified everything with Vrbo. Nor did you email us about anything other than parking which the listing tells you this is street parking. There is also a driveway which I guess you didn’t see.
The one accurate item in the review is the old cast iron heater on two bricks. This is actually not in use as we have Riannai heaters in the apartment now. But that cast-iron heater wasn’t original heater from the building so I kept it as a decoration. Anyway, we totally understand this place wasn’t for you. We wish you the best. Take care.
