We had an amazing stay in Davian's apartment. Everything was exactly as described and incredibly cozy. It was in the perfect location to walk to all the restaurants and sites. Davian was great with recommendations and quick to respond to any questions. The furniture and beds made it a welcome spot to relax after a long day of food and exercise. I absolutely would stay again and will think about the brisket deviled eggs from Terlingua for a long time.

The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable & the host was very responsive. There were games, bandages, & spices which was nice.For older people this property would be challenging as there are a lot of steps to haul luggage up, laundry is located in the basement of the building & no parking is included just street parking at no cost.

Read the listing! The floor is pretty slanted and made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. I am not Marriott rewards member but an uneven bed made me feel like I slipped a disc. The bathroom was decently clean and it was a very convenient location. Would stay again if I didn’t have my kid with me.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights. Great spot.Location was perfect. We walked to gyms, restaurants, and other stuff without needing to drive. Street parking was easy to find. Neighborhood was quiet, slept well both nights.Apartment was clean. It was still hot out from the heat wave, but the window A/C kept the place comfortable. Host left clear instructions for everything and checked in each day to make sure we were good. He even invited us to a block party outside the apartment, which made us feel welcome.Would stay here again. Good for couples, solo travelers, friends, or small families.

Enjoyed our stay

We needed a place for an overnight stay in Portland, and this was a great choice for us. The location was within walking distance to many restaurants and the waterfront. The apartment had everything we needed and some nice touches as well (Brita water pitcher was much appreciated!). The communication from the owner was excellent.
