Brighton Beach Cottage /On Lake Winnebago & 25 Min From Lambeau Field

Located in Menasha, enjoy what this 3-bedroom 2 story cottage has to offer. With a king bed in the main floor bedroom and a spacious living room with large sectional there is room for relaxation on the water. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and twin sleeper (room has water view) the second bedroom has two double beds, a twin daybed and twin trundle underneath also with a water view. The 4th bedroom is located on the main floor in the game room area and has a brand new Lazy boy queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress. Immerse yourself in the enjoyable surroundings and make the most of the 2 bathrooms available. This location is the part of the lake with a sandy bottom so water fun! It also has amazing sunsets and views across the lake. This waterfront place is just steps from Waverly Beach Restaurant (Waverly you can walk to via street or in the water :-) and in the summer they have outdoor music), Heckrodt Preserve (walking trails), and the municipal beach. It is 5 minutes to downtown Appleton, 20 minutes to Oshkosh, 8 minutes to High Cliff Park, 25 minutes to Green Bay/Lambeau Field and 90 minutes to Milwaukee or Madison. Main floor does have a king bed with wide entry to room (carpeted floor in that bedroom; new blackout blinds on the window) and main floor bath has handrails at step free shower and toilet. New vanity, lighting in main floor bath. The game room across from the main floor bedroom has a futon available. Upper floor has one bedroom with queen bed and twin sleep chair (TV) and the other bedroom has two full size beds, a twin daybed and trundle. Both upper bedrooms have full closet space to hang clothes. Queen bedroom has built in drawers for storage and a vanity. The upper floor bath has a tub/shower combo with detachable handheld shower head, splash guards and lined shower curtain; this bathroom has been renovated. There is space to change in this bathroom. The upper floor also has a loft with oversized bean bag and the loft and queen room have blackout shades. The 2nd bedroom has a new mini split system (A/C) and 3rd bedroom has a window unit air conditioner. There are ceiling fans (new) in each upper bedrooms and a box fan available.
The main floor living room has a mini split a/c (mini split means it provides ac in the summer and heater in the winter.) The home also has radiator heat for the winter and a full fireplace/pellet stove. The thermostat for the radiator heat is in the hallway and can be adjusted. There is a new ceiling fan in the living room. Please note the kitchen is a full kitchen but does not have a dishwasher or garbage disposal. The game room/mini kitchenette room has a sink dishwasher and garbage disposal as well as reverse osmosis for pure drinking water. THERE IS NO LAUNDRY AVAILABLE AT THE COTTAGE.
The driveway has a security camera at the garage and the front door has a doorbell ring security camera facing the front yard space.
MAY guests: Lake Winnebago gest lake flies sometime during May. It depends on the weather when they arrive and they last for about a week. (The fishing is good because of them :-) They do not bite but can be a nuisance sometimes.
We are pet friendly for DOGS only. Breed must be disclosed at time of adding pets to the booking. NO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
