This 3BR 2BA private villa offers panoramic views of the Caribbean and a private pool just steps from the beach. The second story is a cavernous primary bedroom with a sitting area and en suite bath. Your group will enjoy the beautiful outdoor living spaces.

The space

Ideal beachfront villa with stunning sea views and a beautiful private pool. This 3BR 2BA villa offers panoramic views of the Caribbean and comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces. It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably (including 2 sleeping spots on a sleeper sofa) and could sleep up to 10 people, providing an additional air mattress. The house offers all the amenities and comforts of home, including iPod docking stations, plasma TV, satellite internet, and cable TV. There are two 2-person kayaks for exploring the turquoise waters up and down the coast.

The furnished veranda on the ground floor runs the full length of the villa, and there is an upper deck off the primary suite. The views of the Caribbean Sea are unmatched, and you can see the barrier reef from your doorstep!

This is a great location if you're looking for relaxation, diving or snorkeling, fishing or other adventures. Located approximately 6 miles north of San Pedro town center, the villa is within walking distance to Portofino Restaurant and 10-15 minutes by golf cart from the grocery store, Rojo Lounge, and Mata Chica Resort. About 3 miles of the road north to the property is unpaved and can get a bit bumpy!

The onsite caretaker ensures the property is always well-manicured and maintained, and the concierge is happy to advise and plan your excursions and local transportation.



We specialize in vacation homes on Ambergris Caye, Belize. Why stay in a hotel room when you can spread out and enjoy an entire home? All of our homes are fully furnished and equipped with essentials like mini bar soap, dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.

The town of San Pedro sits on the Caribbean island of Ambergris Caye, Belize. It is a beautiful tropical paradise, like most Caribbean islands, in a small and developing country. Although most areas on the island are connected to electricity, water, and internet, please be aware that there are occasional interruptions in service. Planned interruptions in service are announced by the local utility companies, and we strive to inform our guests as quickly as we are notified. When interruptions occur that are unplanned, the locals go about making the most of their day until service is restored.

Excellent property! We chose specifically to be away from the busyness of San Pedro and this did not disappoint! The house had everything we needed and having a pool at our disposal was amazing. We had some great meals at Portofinos (2 minutes away) and the Crowsnest Bar (14 min north). Would highly recommend this property.

Our whole experience was great from start to finish. Jesse from the rental company made sure all went smoothly starting with being met at the airport would our golf cart rental for the week. The once arriving at the house we were met by Abner, the caretaker, who was awesome the whole time we were there. Was very responsive to any requests. Location was perfect for us, drive able to town or other amenities but out of the hustle and bustle. A nice quiet location. In addition the house was beautiful, exactly as shown. Lots of space, kitchen had what we needed, a washer and dryer was much appreciate and of course the pool was perfect. Should we be lucky enough to come back one day, we would stay here again.

Really need to address seaweed prior to guest arrival. Smelt like a septic tank, so bad to the point we had to find an alternative. They did the best to fix the situation, but the groundskeeper should have hired help and had the “seegasm” removed prior to our arrival.I hope Belize can figure out the cause of the seegasm and address it, this is not isolated to this host.

My family and I stayed at Tropical Escape for 5 days to celebrate my 50th birthday. The house is exactly as the description and Abner, the grounds keeper, along with his family are a wonderful addition. The only con was the amount of seaweed on the beach.

We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed the house and it's amenities. The pool, beach, and dock were just a few of our favorites. Abner was great and would check in with us occasionally. The location is north of town and made it convenient to get to all of our favorite spots.

We have stayed in this home 2 times and love it! It is located in a great place, the water is beautiful and the dock is perfect for relaxing and watching the boats go by. Having a pool is a must and rare to find. We will be back again next year!

It was an absolute dream!

Family Getaway

We chose this property because of the number of people it could sleep, proximity to good snorkeling, and the pool. Abner was always available to help with anything we needed and knowledgeable of the area. We liked the proximity to Mexico Rocks for snorkeling. The pool was a great plus. Very comfortable home with nice appliances and nice kitchen.

We love scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, or simply spending a relaxing day lounging in the sand.
