Linda casa con muchos detalles para mejorar
La casa es cómoda y funcional, pero los muebles de cocina y cortinas de habitaciones están en mal estado. Debería tener agua caliente la cocina para lavar y la heladera no enfría correctamente. Además los desagües de la cocina están trancados. Hacen falta ventiladores en estar, comedor y galería. No hay sábanas del tamaño de las camas matrimoniales.
Destacamos la excelente atención y predisposición del casero Francisco.

Agradecemos sua avaliação. Quanto a água quente na pia da cozinha o nosso clima não permite, água que sai dos canos já é morna naturalmente. Temos água quente nos banheiros por uma comodidade de alguns, mas também não precisaria por conta do clima. As geladeiras funcionam normalmente (temos 2), temos ainda um grande freezer horizontal novo que pode ser usado para gelar bebidas e carnes. As cortinas não tem 2 anos de instaladas e atendem perfeitamente seu objetivo de privacidade e comodidade de quebrar a claridade. Quanto ao móvel da cozinha, de fato, há duas portas de armários que não estão fechando direito, já foi solicitado manutenção. Lençóis temos a disposição os melhores possíveis (400 fios) e novos.

Horrible. Very disappointed.
Jorge and Francisco were great, everything else was a disappointment.
1- House is falling apart. Pictures do not reflect the current state of the house. Mold on rooms, doors will not stay shut, kitchen cabinets are falling apart.
2- Furniture and Appliances are a joke. Everything is broken or in horrible condition. Not only they are old, you dare sit on them.
3- Pool is "cleaned" everyday. We got there and I could see the oil reflecting on the surface.
4 - Trash removal. They collect the trash everyday and then they will dup the trash right beside the house, literally on the street. As soon as you walk in or out the house you see all the trash on the streets. This is ridiculous.
5- Access and roads... there is no access because there is no street. The house is on a dirt road with holes the size of a car, uber/taxis will not drop you in front of the house because the car wont go thru.
Very disappointed. Will not suggest this residency to anyone.

CASA ENCANTADORA REALMENTE
A casa é MUITO melhor do que consta o anúncio. Está toda nova e equipada. A piscina é uma maravilha e a churrasqueira foi muito bem utilizada com os amigos. Os quartos são super confortáveis e aconchegantes. O proprietário também nos deu toda a assistência quando necessário. Super recomendo.

Excelente casa. Melhor casa que já alugamos, olhe que já alugamos mais de 20. Estivemos nessa maravilhosa casa por 7 noites. Adoramos a estadia, as fotos do anúncio mostram pouco da casa, pois é MUITO melhor ao vivo. Tudo muito bem conservado e limpo, quartos confortáveis e grandes. Todos os ambientes em estado de novo. Jardim magnífico. O caseiro é super atencioso e prestativo. Já estamos fechados novamente com essa casa para daqui a seis meses. Simplesmente adoramos. RECOMENDAMOS!!

EXCELENTE IMÓVEL
Essa casa é mesmo muito linda e aconchegante, muito ampla e super confortável. A casa encontra-se em estado de NOVA. O meu grupo de 24 adultos e 5 crianças amaram a estadia. A meninada AMOU o quarto que é voltado para crianças. Os funcionários são prestativos e muito cuidadosos na limpeza, recebemos a casa muito limpa e cheirosa. Recomendo e pretendemos voltar em breve para esse paraíso!

A casa é realmente MARAVILHOSA.

FÉRIAS ENCANTADORAS!
Adoramos nossa estadia...Fui com minha família para essa linda casa e simplesmente TODOS, sem exceção, adoraram essa maravilhosa residência. A casa é limpíssima, bem organizada, suítes muito amplas e confortáveis, cozinha completa com todos os eletrodomésticos necessários à disposição. A casa fica muito próxima ao Beach Park (as crianças adoraram), e piscina então? Enooooorme...O que falar mais?? Sim, os caseiros são ótimos, muito educado e prestativos em todas as solicitações. Adorei de paixão. Me surpreendeu em todos os sentidos. Quero voltar!!!!!!!!
