Why they chose this property
When I first built here, the area was undeveloped. I was one of the first villas on the street, and I put in the first sewer main. Now, the villa has become an apartment building and the area is alive with families, yet still retains its oasis feel in the middle of lively Amman. Anne and I love to walk, and it's easy to walk to shops, mosque and restaurants in the area.
What makes this property unique
We have a great view from our hill, and there's always a breeze. Our place is unpretentious, yet wants for nothing.
