We can't say enough positive about Carlyn and Dylan and their home away from home. The home was clean and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dogs and that was wonderful. The home is convenient to everything! We were about 12 miles UT, and just a few minutes from downtown. Whenever we had a question, Carlyn and Dylan immediately got back to us. We were also able to extend our stay and when we left something behind they held onto it for us and passed it on to our family. The area is lovely and quiet.

We stayed for 2 nights while visiting UTs veterinary clinic. The location is central to most anything we wanted or needed. The unit itself was very clean and had all of the accommodations we could think of. We enjoyed sitting in the little courtyard with the dogs, but didn't have time to really enjoy the hot tub. The hosts were very pleasant, but we had no real need to reach out to them during our stay as everything we needed was available. We would definitely stay again!

This rental is cozy. There were 4 adults in our family group. It worked well for the 4 of us. 1 bathroom made us be patient with each other, but for us this was not a problem. The house was exceptionally clean, check-in was easy. We were able to park 2 cars. If you have large vehicles this might be a problem, The kitchen was very practical and well stocked. The queen bed was most comfortable. The cabinet was large enough to hold our clothes for hanging with adequate hangers. Plenty of towels in bathroom. We were very pleased with this rental.

My wife and I needed a place to stay in Knoxville while we were visiting our daughter. This guest house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our three days and nights. We made our coffee in the morning, and took our walks in the neighborhood. It was convenient to downtown Knoxville and the University area.

This stay was amazing! We truly enjoyed the Tennessee theme and I was able to introduce my boyfriend to just how much the Vols love orange. The space is incredibly clean and cozy. We really enjoyed having the patio in the hot tub as well. The host think of everything and we did not have to order anything for the trip. Definitely will be staying here again in the future.

This is one of the CUTEST VRBOs we have ever seen. Absolutely spotless and so stylish! The parking space was large enough for our F-150 and there was plenty of room for us to quickly settle in for the evening. The grill was clean and ready to be used - a feature we don’t often see in other places. The cottage has two mini-split units that keep the temperature perfect. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and utensils. The coffee maker was top notch and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and my Whoop strap agreed (97% green!). I usually don’t sleep well while traveling and I slept like a baby! We enjoyed an evening on the patio with my hubby taking a quick reprieve in the ultra clean hot tub. This place is a treasure! The decor was sharp (and we are Auburn grads) and welcoming. We would absolutely stay here again! Our Labrador was totally content to be here and he enjoyed posing for a photo to match the Malinois we saw in a previous review. Thanks!!

We had a great time staying at this one bedroom detached guest room. Even though it was pet friendly, there was no evidence of pets from previous vacationers. Place was clean and everything worked great. The hot tub was warm and clean. We’d love to stay here again next time we are in town!

Cozy, private space in a great walking neighborhood.

We were in town for business and traveling with our two dogs. This was a perfect space in a very nice, quiet neighborhood, very close to downtown. The space was exceptionally clean. The neighborhood was perfect for long walks with the dogs. And the host communication was thorough, very prompt and included every question answered before we needed anything. The hosts are very dedicated to providing a private and clean space to relax. Nicely decorated and everything you will need.

The wife and I have never stayed in Knoxville. We had a day date at Cherokee Caverns (5hr from home) and weren't too excited to drive it all in a day. Came across the cutest place on VRBO and pulled the trigger on a couple nights stay. I have zero doubt that we could have found a better place and hosts. Highly recommend 10/10

Visiting our newest Grandbaby

We came to Knoxville for the weekend to visit our daughter and her husband and their brand new baby. We were looking for a place close to where they lived. This came up on VRBO. The property was exactly as advertised. Super cute set up. Clean comfortable and very tastefully Decorated. The hot tub was a perfect size and also very clean. It was the icing on the cake.
