We loved our stay here I was sitting out back watching the deer feed through the woods very cool to watch the trails are a short ride from the house and the neighborhood is quite it feels secluded only thing this place was missing was a hot tub I would definitely recommend staying here!

Super clean and well layed out but in the wilderness off of extremely dangerous roads.Only two things I wish it had was a Keurig and an ice maker. Also the 10am check out time should be 11am.

Great Location! 3/2 all on 1 floor has a garage and a beautiful deck!We had a wonderful 2 week stay at The Back 40 Wonderland at Blowing Springs. The house was well equipped and close to everything we had planned. It took us awhile to figure out the hot water in the showers (reverse) otherwise everything went great. My only suggestions are the master bed pillows are very thin, and I wish there was coffee table in the living room. Otherwise- We will be booking again but will bring our own pillows. Thanks again for being a gracious host and making everything so easy!

Host did not provide check in details until we reached out when arriving to the unit at our check in time. Blamed on our email address but we received confirmation and check out details without my any issue. Unit was clean and well furnished. Good location close to trails and short drive by car to Bentonville.

Check in was seamless and the house was wonderful. Kitchen was stocked with all utensils and kitchen cookware you could possibly need. We very much enjoyed our stay. Being as how we spent most of our time riding all of the surrounding trail systems, this house was the perfect location for us. Would highly recommend
