Perfect location to relax and enjoy your tropical vacation or get away from the cold northern winters. Comfortable 2 bedroom, 3rd floor condo located directly on Turtle Beach Inlet where you can fish, swim, and boat just steps from your door (pre-approval required for boat docking).

Enjoy dazzling sunsets from the large covered screened & glassed lanai with beautiful water views. Comfortable seating in the living room with a sleeper sofa provided for short term overnight guests. Dining area provided in the condo, and an additional dining area on the lanai. Well stocked kitchen with dishwasher. Heated pool and laundry facilities on-site. Free WiFi & Cable are provided.

The southern end of Siesta Key is convenient to shopping on and off the island, and island nightlife, while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet environment. Bring your boat, or rent one from the nearby marina (free docking for residents with pre-approval). Take a 5 minute stroll to Turtle Beach, dining at waterfront restaurants and night time entertainment. Hop on the free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley and take a ride to Siesta Key Village and Crescent Beach.

RENTAL POLICY: One month minimum is required and it must be the first day of the month to the last day of the month unless management approves an exception prior to booking. Rents 1st day of the month to last day of the month only

Would not rent again

Place had so many issues when were there; AC out first night(they did repair), no working coffee pot told us to go buy one, ceiling fans bedroom broke, vacuum overheated smoked, lamp in living room shorted out, water all rusty when got there, shades on porch broke, bedroom carpet master old and very gross! I would have thought management company would have gone in and checked the place before we arrived, pretty obviously no one had been in there for awhile. There are some plus, kitchen well stocked, condo was clean, short nice walk to turtle beach, porch very large and beautiful over looking water😀

I apologize for the issues you had with the condo. The AC unit is new and fortunately it was a simple, quick fix by the repair company. The ceiling fans work, and I'm sorry to hear that you had trouble operating the remote. A new coffee pot was purchased last year so it was surprising it didn't work. Once the vacuum bag was emptied it works fine. The lamp and shades have been repaired and carpet cleaning is scheduled. I'm glad you found the unit clean, and enjoyed the large lanai and location

Great location. Air condition stopped working & needed replacement. After 3wks we got a new a/c.

The experience with this property was one of challenges between a/c going out , overflowing toilet and ceiling leak. In florida during summer-you need central a/c and for $$ spent, you expect to have better living conditions. I understand things happen but when you are renting-everything should in good working condition-it wasn't(we were told by a/c company that the unit was very old), the time it took to get a new central a/c unit was too long.

Unfortunately, the central AC unit stopped working a few days after these renters checked in. We keep a portable AC unit on hand for these situations and were able to get it set up for them as soon as we knew the AC could not be repaired. It took some time for the owner’s estimates to be done and for the new AC unit to be installed, but it is up and running great now. The complex roof has also been repaired so the minor ceiling leak is no longer an issue.

This place had it all!

This condo is located in a beautiful and safe neighborhood away from the hustle & bustle of Siesta Key. The condo had a beautiful screened and glass lanai that gave you an outstanding view of Turtle Bay Inlet AND the ocean. It was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen provided just about anything you would need should you choose to prepare your meals in house. From the lanai we viewed boaters, kayakers, paddle boarders, dolphins, and even a manatee mama and her baby. A .3 mile walk to Turtle Beach got you a free ride on the trolley to take you wherever you wanted to go from north to south Siesta Key. The only negative was there was no washer and dryer in the condo. A washer and dryer was provided on each floor of the building and you had to pay to use them. We enjoyed the condo and Siesta Key so much, we definitely would consider staying there again.

Peaceful getaway

Great location to access Turtle Beach and Siesta Beach. Great sunset view from the balcony. Grounds are well kept. Peaceful and quiet property.
