Welcome to this charming house in Frazier Park. This marvelous property boasts a fully equipped open concept kitchen that leads to a large outdoor deck. It has 2 queen beds, 1 twin/full bunk bed, and 2 twin bunk beds across its 3 relaxing bedrooms. With 3 full bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and shampoo/conditioner so guests will feel right at home. A large driveway to park at 1-6 cars. Direct access to Hungry Valley Motorcycle Park and Mt. Pinos Mountain bike trails. We a have a huge park close by, 4 min waking distance, with a BBQ grill, kids park, skating park, walking trails and more, Frazier Park is a great little community, with its own store, bank, library, and so much more! Less than an hour to either Bakersfield, Castaic, Santa Clarita and San Fernando valley!

Please make sure to take all the trash, seal it in bags and place it in the laundry room. There is no trash service at the house. (We don’t want to attract bears)
Please have all dishes washed. Stove and oven are turned off.
Turn off all lights, TV’s, portable AC and heater before leaving. Lastly, if you used the grill or heater outside, please make sure the gas is turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was perfect for my party size. Plenty of room. The road to get to the house was something I am not personally fond of, but we did have parking for our 2 vehicles. The house was very clean and spacious. Definitely worth it for a larger group.

I’m so glad you enjoyed our place. Thankfully the road is in better condition than it was in February. It will be in better condition after the rains stop in April. That is when it will be graded again.
