Welcome to our inviting townhouse, where comfort and convenience await you. Step in through your private entrance directly across from your reserved parking spot. Additional parking is available throughout the community.

Upon entry, you'll find a full-size washer and dryer in the laundry area, a half bath, and a spacious great room. This room is perfect for relaxation and productivity, featuring a full-size couch, a 55” smart TV for streaming your favorite channels, and a workstation. The dining area, with a table that seats four, is ideal for entertaining. The adjoining full-size galley kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal.

Upstairs, you'll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a desk that can double as a vanity, a floor-length mirror, and an individual AC unit for personalized comfort. The second bedroom offers a queen-size bed and a relaxing chair. Both beds are dressed with soft sheets and four plush pillows each.

The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo and a large vanity with excellent lighting. You'll find soft, plush towels and starter toiletries for your first night.

For outdoor enjoyment, the first-floor patio is fenced for privacy and features a table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining or unwinding with a glass of wine.

During the summer months, take advantage of the community swimming pool.

We appreciate you choosing to book with us on short notice over New Year’s and are glad to hear you found the home very clean, quiet inside, secure, and well-equipped, and that the bed met your comfort expectations. We take the concerns you raised seriously. We have already reviewed our cleaning checklist to further reinforce pet-hair inspection for guests with allergies and will address the HVAC filter and airflow to prevent odors. We are also evaluating furniture stability and comfort, as well as options to add additional clothing storage where space allows. Regarding noise, traffic patterns can vary depending on time of year and nearby road work, which is managed by the city and unfortunately outside of our control. We do aim to be transparent in our listing about the home’s urban location, smaller bathroom footprint, and surrounding area so guests can determine if it is the right fit for their stay. Your feedback is valuable and helps us continue improving the experience for future guests. Thank you again for staying with us and for highlighting areas where we can do better.

This is a place you want to look at!

We liked everything about this property. It was immaculately clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, comfortable furniture, and fine bedrooms with everything needed. The location was accessible and central. We had one brief Wi-Fi problem but William was able to diagnose and provide a fix quickly. It was a very hot weekend but the apartment was quite comfortable despite that. We appreciated the extra window unit in the large bedroom; not sure how the smaller bedroom would have been if it had been occupied but it was not an issue for us. We know from experience that an upstairs is harder to heat and cool. Plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, etc. provided. The owner was responsive, congenial, and great to work with.
