Great location, quiet but still close to shopping and restaurants. Use of the garage was a plus as it was raining the day we were packing up to leave.

Close to drive to where we needed to go, yet far enough away from main roads to feel like we were in the country. Listing was accurate. Felt like being in my grandma’s home! Had everything we needed; plenty of toilet paper, towels, blankets.

Absolutely loved the old charm of this house. Loved seeing the turkeys in the back yard, deer and geese across the street. It was in a country setting, but close to everything you'd be in Evansville for. The beds were comfy. We did one of the jigsaw puzzles and started another one. The hosts were so quick to answer my questions. Definitely plan to stay there next year, if we go to our convention at Ford Center.

We absolutely love it here. The flowers are blooming. The trees are blooming. It’s absolutely beautiful. I love the story of the house. The house is very clean. The bed is very comfortable and Paula and Jon are just absolutely amazing. Waking up in the morning to see turkeys stretching their stuff and the birds were fun to watch as well:)

We really enjoyed the house, it’s location, etc. however tv is limited and more importantly 10 am checkout is really hard for old people like us. In our experience check out is usually 11 am or noon.

Just what we were looking for!

This place was just what we needed while staying a week for a softball tournament. We had the amenities of being at home instead of cooped in a hotel room for a week. The home is lovely and the scenery and wildlife were definitely a bonus. The hosts were wonderful and responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again when in this area.

Perfect for a long weekend

My daughter and I were attending an event in Evansville, and this property was a perfect location to relax after busy days. The home was clean and well cared for, and the surrounding area was peaceful and quiet. There is easy access to both Evansville and Newburgh for eating or entertainment. We would definitely stay here again!
