House is in an older part of town but quiet and safe. Close to everything we wanted to go to. House was cute with lots of room for everyone. Only suggestion would be more hand towels in the kitchen and bathroom.

Home is very clean. The yard was rather muddy, but it is a great place to stay with pets (fully fenced yard). Not a complaint: Microwave turntable does not work; and motion light on garage doesn't work when cold.

Evansville Baseball ⚾️

We where in Evansville because our son plays for the Washington Wild Things they were playing The Evansville Otters. The house was perfect for us, close to the field, cozy, cool(the air conditioning was amazing)and clean for an old house. Love Old houses, being from California we have no history. We hit up 3 great restaurants before the games. Maidens Brewery &Pub, Bru Burger Bar and Turoni’s Pizzery. All fantastic. If I was going back to Evansville I would stay here again.
