This is the first time we're offering our home for rent during the summer. Apologies, it's only for one week in July and one week in August. We used VRBO for our previous home in Water Mill and consistently received 5-star reviews over a number of years. We expect to experience the same here.

Why they chose this property

This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that has extraordinary advantages over many others. First, it's central to the main shopping villages of Southampton, East Hampton, and Sag Harbor. Second, and perhaps more importantly, one can drive to East Hampton in 15 minutes without getting mired in the horrendous traffic on Toute 27. Finally, we're a ten-minute bike ride to the ocean beaches and we have a community dock with kayak and canoe access to Mecox Bay. You will be quite pleased by our home and the neighborhood in which it's located.
