Great house in a great walkable neighborhood. Very close to old mill district and downtown. The river trail is around the corner. It was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Huge yard for our two dogs. Thank you!!
The house is located in a great neighborhood. This house and all the homes are well maintained. It is a great area and was centrally located for all the activities and places we visited while in Bend. The house was well furnished and was great for our family. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to enjoy a vacation in Bend.
This was our second stay in this house. It was clean but the hvac system was broken. They never let us know ahead of time. When we alerted them I was told they had checked the system out and…..that was it. Finally went to the garage and the system was open and sort of apart. They said they would contact us the next day. NOTHING. Fortunately the weather in Bend during the day was great. But the mornings were in the low 40’s and the house was COLD. The lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. They clearly knew there was an issue and just chose not to inform. I would have expected a better response.
