Lakefront family retreat on Lake Nottely. Gentle slope to the water with a covered boat slip and swim ladder.

Open-concept with everything on one-level! Two living rooms, open kitchen that has an island & bar, plus dining room.

Enjoy an oversized screened porch with seating, picnic table, and TV. Open deck with dining, grill, and covered hot tub.

Split bedroom layout for privacy. Master suite with king bed, TV, and spa bath on one end of house. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath off second living room and one bedroom opens to back deck. Rollaway beds and crib available.

Parking for 4 vehicles. Easy lake access and great yard!

Please note there are stairs at the front porch and back deck.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Empty all trash in large trash bags (not small grocery bags), tie securely & put in outside trash cans. No loose/unbagged trash.
Wash and have towels started in dryer. Close/lock all windows & doors. Turn off all lights & ceiling fans.
Make sure you have not left any pet waste and/or trash in the yard/porches/decks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest may not add any additives or chemicals to the hot tub. Power/trailered boats cannot be launched at this location. Must use public ramps only.
SMOKING/VAPING/E-Cigarettes/Tobacco products of any kind is never permitted inside the home. FIREWORKS of any kind, are NEVER permitted at this home.
As parking can be limited, we do not allow RVs, campers, travel trailers and/or motorhomes. Dogs are NOT allowed on the furniture and/or beds

Very nice house right on lake. House was well stocked. This house was pet friendly. They had a fenced I. dog run on side of house that was super helpful for late night before bedtime potty time or early morning first potty time. Easily situated near town. Owner provided us with restaurant recommendations that were great! We would def it stay here again.

The cabin was easy to find-even at night! It’s in the perfect location-close to Blairsville and 30 min from Blue Ridge. The inside was spacious. The main was a great size and has a nice large step-in shower. The other two bdrms are small and lacked closet space, but all three beds in the house were comfy! No backaches! The screened porch was super nice and was a comfortable place to sit and enjoy the quietness. The lake was way down so there wasn’t much of a view, but I know it’s stunning when it’s full of water! ( I’ve boated on it!)Mgmt was super helpful both times I called. The 1st time was to ask which outside door we were to use to get in (there are 3) and the other time was on our last day when we finally needed a bit of heat and needed a passcode to change modes. The electric fireplace in one of the 2 living areas, kept us toasty all of the other days. I hope to be able to return one day!
