This pristine custom home is located on a 2 acre property in a wooded neighborhood just 1 mile from historic downtown Nevada City! The 2,600 sq ft home features 1 spacious king bedroom featuring an en suite bath + a queen bed nook. A chefs dream kitchen. A large deck overlooks a stunning pond. Spotless and tastefully outfitted with no detail overlooked, the lodge includes a linen Restoration Hardware Cloud Couch (sink in and enjoy a movie night) & crisp white cotton linens & towels+hot tub access! We welcome all guests with a complementary basket of goodies!

Just a few minutes up the road and you're on your way to the snow, lake or river! There is a lovely loop to walk where you can see the best of Nevada County's pastoral landscape, complete with horses, farms and old homesteads! An easy 15 minute walk (one mile) and you'll be in the center of downtown!

Special touches throughout featuring elegantly crafted natural materials including wood and stone under an abundance of natural light. The spacious living room features an oversize sofa by the fire, making it the perfect place for dreaming, retreating and connecting.

This is an extraordinary property. The home is a work of art. Take the time and look closely at all the details and you will be awestruck. You have everything you need. The home is immaculate. The property is gated for security and is close to both Nevada City and Grass Valley which each have historic districts with cute shops and good restaurants. We had a wonderful time.
