About this property

Beautiful home with beautiful view located in the gated resort of los suenos. This four bedroom four & one half bath home includes its own private infinity pool with swim up bar and outdoor kitchen. From numerous rooms in the home you have an unobstructed view of the pacific ocean and the rain forest. View monkeys, toucans, and mccalls while dining on the veranda. The decor of the home is spanish style that has a lot of exposed wood and painted tile. The main floor of the home has numerous french doors that allow you to not only experience the fantastic view but can be opened in early morning or evenings to enjoy the pacific breeze.
The two bedrooms upstairs with queen beds each have their own bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony and plenty of windows that provides stunning views of the rain forest and pacific ocean. The other two bedrooms are accessed through the courtyard. This provides privacy for your guests with easy access to the main house. Each has its own private bath. One of the courtyard bedrooms has two full beds, the other has one full bed, with microwave, mini fridge, and sink.
The home has a maid that works five days a week to assist you during your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils required to prepare the meals you desire. Enjoy the privacy of your own pool and outdoor space and experience all the amenities that los suenos has to offer. Los suenos has a spectacular golf course, fishing marina, casino, beach club, and several restaurants. Tours to various local attractions can be arranged in los suenos. A grocery store is located less than a mile from the house and the town of jaco is only 3 miles away. In jaco there are good restaurants, shopping, surfing, and several night clubs.
Los suenos resort is about an hour and a half drive from the city of san jose and the cost to hire a driver to transport you to the resort is approximately $100.00. Once at the resort you can rent a golf cart that provides an effective means of transportation inside the resort and to the grocery store. Numerous taxis are available in the resort to transport you into jaco or other tourist destinations and the cost is very reasonable. Short relax vaca

My wife and I along with 2 other couples had a great time and loved the home.. decent view and priced fairly. Just a few things for positives feedback. Maybe not have the house cleaner and husband there everyday , while they are really nice people it was just a little strange .. make sure you have all your clothes on all day! Haha AC was pretty warm up stairs bedroom but still tolerable .. overall would stay again

Great place and location

Really nice traditional Costa Rican home. The home is on the side of a tropical mountain with views of the bay and pacific and plenty of wildlife all around. A car or a golf cart is highly recommended, steep hills, but great exercise.

Wonderful Stay

Our family truly enjoyed this beautiful Mediterranean/Spanish style home. The master and 2nd bedroom are upstairs with their own bathrooms. Master bath/bedroom was super spacious, as all the rooms were and very clean. The other 2 bedrooms are in the courtyard with each having their own entrance & bathroom. It was the perfect set up for our adult children and their spouses. Home had everything we needed (even pool towels) for our family and is nestled in one of the private communities in Los Suenos. Thank you for hosting us, we truly enjoyed your beautiful home and its spectacular view. The staff, Dennis & Priscilla were amazing, helpful and beautiful souls. I would definitely stay here again!

My wife and I have been vacationing in Costa Rica for the past 8 years. The los suenos resort is the best Costa Rica has to offer. We currently reside in Texas, have two daughters in college and travel to costa rica several times each year. We also have a home in Canada and spend our summers there to escape the Texas heat.

Why they chose this property

We have been looking to purchase in Costa Rica for several years. After visiting many places, we determined that Los Suenos was the best fit for us. We decided to purchase a home instead of a condominium because there are not that many homes in the resort. We wanted a home that showcased the local architecture so we purchased this home.

What makes this property unique

The view from this home is absolutely stunning. The interior decor, the outdoor grounds, the pacific view, rain forest view, and abundant native wildlife were the key factors in our decision to purchase this home.
