The house was absolutely perfect for our family...only 8 stayed the nights, but family was able to gather there because it was near to the wedding venue at Burdoc Farms. The property and the view are spectacular with acres of grass and horses and sheep. The kitchen could be better stocked with a few spices for cooking but, other than that, the house was great.

This was a great find to house a traveling basketball team and some parents. I just wish, we had more time to enjoy all that the basement had to offer. Phyllis was an excellent host, very responsive to my inquiries. And she did her best to contact me when she found we had left 2 bags on the driveway.

The property is beautiful! Location is great! And owner was very responsive and accomodating with any questions or requests I had. Would definitely stay here again. Great location to stay especially if your coming in to town for event at Burdock Farms.

Great place to stay with a large group

This house was great for a large group. The kids had a great time in the game room and got to roast marshmallows in the fire pit. Phyllis and her family moved tables and brought in chairs to provide a beautiful space for our rehearsal dinner! 5+ stars!!!

Great Kentucky Home

The property has a beautiful view and is in a very picturesque setting. The house had everything we needed and was able to accomodate a much bigger group than the six of us. We would recommend it to anyone for any occaision.

WONDERFUL STAY

We had a WONDERFUL stay for a BUSY wedding weekend. The house was so accommodating for our large family. The host, Phyllis, could not have been more helpful in so many ways (too many to have room to list). She was a BIG PART of why the weekend was wonderful! We certainly recommend this rental to those who want a SPECIAL time!
