Try Island Life Before We Sell! Maybe this could be Your Getaway!

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom town home right on the water! Fully furnished with all updated appliances, , paint, granite in the kitchen. The house has everything you will need for a great vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals if you want to dine-in—and close to restaurants & cafes if you want to go out. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a King size bed with a great view of the wide canal from your private deck. The master bathroom has a jetted tub with shower and large walk-in closet. The upstairs guest bedroom has a bunk bed and two single beds. The downstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a granite makeup table with large mirrors. The downstairs bathroom is just steps away. The living room is very comfortable with a large couch. There is also an electric recliner to enjoy the view of boats coming in while you relax. Close to Whitecap Beach & Padre Island seashore national park is just 9 miles away.
Pets allowed with pet fee, we ask you PLEASE keep them off the furniture though !
* No Smoking inside * The deck outside has a gas grill for cooking all the fish you catch!
There is a fish cleaning station on the lower deck with water and electricity. There is plenty of room if you want to bring your boat. There are green fishing lights for bringing in the big ones at night.
In addition, we own the unit right next door. Great for extended families, or a corporate retreat. 2 units side by side, 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms 2 kitchens and connecting decks!

Relaxing getaway

This is a very beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The host Keith is very helpful. Its close to everything you could want to do in the area. Very nice and quiet neighborhood as well.

I'm not sure where to start! The house was amazing and so clean. There was no sign of bugs in the house. Anything we needed, it was there. Very accommodating! The evenings were gorgeous! The sunset was beautiful from the patio and the fish were biting. We grilled out our catchings one night and enjoyed local restaurants the other. Thank you Keith for the great stay!!

There are small thing that can be improved: exhaust fan in first floor bathroom, I had to bring chairs and umbrella for the beach.

Great Condo!

Nice condo

The place was nice overall. The back porch could use a power wash and the rest of the place was pretty clean. No filter in the HVAC, a few light bulbs out, vent fan in downstairs bath not working. Did not mess with our vacation, we still enjoyed it. Kitchen was pretty small.

Couldn’t ask for better!

The house was better than described. Pictures don’t do it justice. We were comfortable, everyone had space, we cooked the majority of our meals at the house. The kitchen is a one person kitchen, but when it came time to eat, we used the large dining table for everyone to make their plates and were still able to sit and eat a a family. We had a late evening plumbing issue on night 2 of 5, and the owners were so fast to respond, brought us fresh towels and diagnosed the issue to be fixed at our convenience in the morning (Father’s Day). They washed the bath mats and brought them back for us. I cannot say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Communication with the owners was top notch, cleanliness was phenomenal and we probably spent the majority of our time while at the house out on the back deck. It was close to groceries, restaurants, beaches, anything we might have needed. We will be seeking this property out again for our next stay on The Island! I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

Canal Life

Love staying at this property on the canal -- We've stayed in another unit here before. There's a green light for night fishing in the canal & you can enjoy morning coffee on the deck. This particular unit was very well stocked - more so than most! Property Manager was prompt to reply to any questions.

Great Get Away

My family enjoyed that comfort of the house and loved the location. Was close to island stores and not too far of a drive when looking for HEB and Walmart. House was clean and ready for us when we got in town. My kids loved fishing and relaxing on the back porch. Would recommend to other and stay at this house again.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this location! The house was nice and clean. The neighborhood was quiet and very pretty. The only downfall was the surrounding area was not dog friendly, barely any grass to walk the dogs and the grass that was there was covered with burrs and my dogs were full of them in less then 2 minutes in the grass. Other then that it was a great stay!

Padre Island Vacation

The rental while cozy, was big enough to accommodate our family of seven and our dog. The location was convenient to shopping, attractions, and beaches. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and fishing in the canal. The only drawback, it was rather warm upstairs. We followed the directions for setting the thermostat for the air conditioner.

Our stay was perfect!

Our stay was great! Property is in the perfect location with a boat ramp right across rhe canal. The biat slip was do convenient. Just walk out and jump in the boat. We caught lots of fish off of the dock. Trout's, mangroves, and giant croakers along with piggy perch. And a couple of sheepshead. The neighbors are great as well they provided us with great fish intel! Perfect stay and very comfortable sleeping and relaxing. Kitchen is well stocked. Thank yall so much! Jamie Alexander

Perfect Place To Stay

Wonderfully appointed rental! We cooked in every evening (Due To That Damned Rona) and had everything we needed. Keith & Melissa were there for all of our needs with quick responses and are extremely personable. The back deck faced the morning sun, making our evenings shady and cool. Whitecap Beach is a 5 minute car ride away. Our home away from home could not have been better.
