Hot tub! House 81 offers four traditional bedrooms with two additional lofts staged with two twins in each loft and closet space. The lofts are very easy to get to, no ladder required, they are located on the same floor as the two upstairs bedrooms. Each bedroom upstairs (two traditional and two lofts) has two twin beds in each. The two main floor bedrooms have two queen beds in each. This is a total of two queen beds and eight twin beds. In addition, you have two more lofts, one with a couch and small table and the other with a 6 seating card/game table. This is a great house for the family to reconnect and the access to the beach is just about 100 ft from your front door.

Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the space, the location, and the top deck. We appreciate you letting us know about the kitchen items—this has been noted, and we’re taking care of it to ensure future guests have enough forks and bowls for meal preparation. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again.
Great location, just across from beach access. The bedroom and bathroom setup is excellent for large group of singles, kitchen was reasonably well-equipped. Check-in people were terrific.
This was a wonderful place for a close family/friend reunion! Cozy and unique accomodations! And the hot tub have a relaxing place for conversation at the end of the day. We loved this house! It had its own driveway and close walk to the beach!
Laid back beach house for a large family vacation. Hot tub to warm up in after a day at the beach was a plus. Open central floor plan allowed for fun evenings hanging out together.
We came here for a surprise girls weekend 60 th birthday party. Although we had lots of f rain for our one day here, we made our fun inside. The many beds and bathrooms made it possible for our group of 9 ladies . Thank you for your hospitality.

Our large family group enjoyed the setup of the house. We enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the beach. We enjoyed the outside activities of volleyball, walks on the beach and outside seating and grill. The house needs to update the kitchen appliances and mattresses (very hard).
Grandparents, grown kids and grandkids; ages 81 to 12. Second time staying in house 81, enough beds for 12 people and 4 bathrooms. A little rustic, beds not comfortable, We bring foam pads. Kitchen is nice, Lots of space and tables for dining and game table. Our family loves getting together one week in the summer at the ocean, perfect location.
This property is a great setup for a group of unrelated folks. There are 4 bedroom with 2 twins beds each. I think it was advertised with one other bedroom with 2 twins; in fact the last 2 bedrooms had 1 queen bed each. Our group had one couple and 10 unrelated folks; fortunately, one person had to drop out, so we were good.
The location and the house itself were great!!
The family enjoyed their visit to Pajaro Dunes. House was comfortable but a bit dated. Multi story so heat rises. The loft bedrooms were warm. A screen on the loft bedroom sliders would have been helpful. We enjoyed the BBQ and hot tub. It has great access to the beach. Kids had a great time flying kites.
The location and house were perfect for our family and another family. We had plenty of space and loved being so close to the beach. We also enjoyed the activities nearby (tennis/pickle ball, basketball courts). The only downside was the bbq. It didn't get hot enough to cook our meat, and had to use the oven and stove instead every night. Most appliances need a little care. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.
Nice house; odd layout. Appliances need work--stove (1burner doesn't work), oven (front of upper oven is missing and the oven itself doesn't work), laundry, and dishwasher (bottom rack is missing wheels making it hard to fill and empty).

Not for reunion
House was okay, but all their rules kept us from gathering, having singalongs not willing to let us gather even on the grass or at any of the houses we rented. We spent a lot of money there but we won’t do it again.
Thank you for your hospitality. We enjoy this home every time we visit and plan to return again next year.
We also enjoy all the beach toys you have on hand but...
We just arrived home, unpacked and found someone in our party accidentally loaded your 2 boogie boards with our toys. I will call the office to reimburse you and hope this does not adversely affect the next guest.
Blessings, Darlene

They were still cleaning our unit 30 minutes after check in time. Not a good start.
A king size bed would be an upgrade especially given the cost.
The faucets need fixing or replacing. Some items were dirty. No paper towels, and trash bins dirty. Beds very uncomfortable.
Location is great, process was easy.

Pajaro Dunes House Wonderful!
We had a 13 family member June Father's Day & Birthday celebration. All 12 family members got a bed and our baby grand daughter had her own bed. With 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms no one was crowded or had to stand in line. The fully furnished kitchen was appreciated and there were lots of places to sit and eat or watch big screen TV.
The highlight is a tower where you can sit up top in comfortable chairs and look out at the ocean or watch the sunset. Or, if you want to feel the sea breeze, step outside and enjoy the air.
Back deck Jacuzzi and barbecue grill and picnic table were enjoyed and used.
This house is very close to the beach, trees to climb for little boys, volley ball or tennis and lovely walks along the pathways to see houses of all different architecture.
We will definitely go back!
