Our OCEAN FRONT Shorebirds condo is a well cared for family home consisting of 2 bd/2ba, 2nd floor in building H of the Pajaro Dunes North complex (gated community with security). The unit is wheel chair accessible from the parking lot via ramps. The unit includes free secure WIFI, domestic land line phone, and cable TV. There is a propane BBQ on the deck for your use. Sleeps 4-5 adults and up to 2 kids in bunk beds. Max 6 people.
Master bedroom: king size bed with a private full bath and access to the deck. Wake up to the sound of the waves or have coffee in bed enjoying the ocean view. Includes a flat screen smart TV and Blu-ray.
Guest bedroom: queen + bunk bed (2 twins), sleeps 4. There is a 2nd full bath off the guest room. Includes smart flat screen TV with DVD player.
Kitchen amenities: microwave, water filter, coffeemaker, Keurig, waffle maker, pots, pans and bakeware, dishes, crock pot, blender, griddle, electric tea kettle, hand and stand mixers and more...
Living Room: 42” smart flat screen TV and Blu-ray, small stereo system, new (2022) electric fireplace. Beautiful view of the ocean.
Dining Room: Includes dining for 6, plus two bar areas with seating.
Onsite convenience store with book and movie rental. Outside shower to wash off all the sand and fun in the sun.
Renovations completed June 2015. New paint, carpet, doors throughout, new furniture, all new linens. Renovated baths & kitchen.

Pajaro Dunes has been a special place to us ever since we started coming here as children. We purchased this home in late 2014 as a place to build special memories with our family and friends. The owners are two sisters, a husband/brother-in-law and a son/nephew. We live just over the hill in Morgan Hill and enjoy the short jaunt over to our Pajaro Dunes paradise.
Why they chose this property
After our mother passed away, we were given the opportunity to fulfill our life long dream of owning a condo in the Pajaro Dunes area. The property sits right on the water with its own private beach area. It sits nestled half way between Santa Cruz and Monterey. We renovated the unit to make it even more special and a "home away from home" for all. Hope you enjoy our little piece of heaven.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a family home that we have chosen to share with others. Unlike some properties at Pajaro Dunes, we self manage the property to ensure we get feedback from security, our housekeeper and our guests directly. Living close, we maintain the ability to visit frequently to enjoy, inspect and make repairs on the property. We leave available to our guests, those items that we enjoy ourselves and are constantly adding recommendations made by our guests.
