We absolutely loved our time in Aptos! Perfect for our family of 4 (the kids loved the outdoor area with the bocce ball court and hammock) and within walking distance to the beach.Location was perfect for our day trips to Santa Cruz and Monterey!Great communication…we’d definitely stay here again!

LOVED the property…inside and out. Most of all, enjoyed the outside living spaces! House is clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Great communication prior to my arrival made the whole process seamless. It’s an easy walk to the beach, however there’s a lot of stairs once you get there. A park pass is also provided so you can drive there as well. Watched a pod of dolphins playing at sunset one evening. Lots choices of where to dine. A stop for ice cream at Marianne’s is a must!

This property was in such a great location and had everything we needed for a wonderful beach stay. The backyard was so relaxing and the beds were comfy. Colm, our host, was very responsive in answering any questions I had.

This home was perfect for us. The location, the comfort, everything. We felt at home the minute we stepped in. The patio and yard were perfect for my 1 year old grandson. Close to the beach, close to Marianne’s close to Santa Cruz, it was everything we hoped it would be.

Perfect family getaway beach house

This was the perfect house for our little getaway trip with our family of 5. We had all the amenities we needed, very clean, close to the beach, and lots of restaurants/grocery stores nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
