- In the heart of Aptos, you'll find this lovely two-bedroom cottage close by the breathtaking Monterey Bay. As a traveler, you'll be delighted by the thoughtful amenities that await you, including our private back yard with Bocci ball court, hammock and outdoor shower to rinse off after your day at the beach.
- This is a great house for relaxing but if you're looking to party this is not the house for you. The beach house sits in a quiet residential neighborhood and we are committed to keeping it peaceful.
- Bright, light-filled house on a cul-de-sac, just 0.5 miles (~10 minute walk) through a nice residential beach community to Seacliff State Beach.
- 2 bedroom, 1 bath; two queen beds and a very comfortable queen sleeper sofa
- All you need for a day at the beach - beach chairs, boogie boards, surfboard, and beach toys
- High speed WiFi and 55" Smart TV with Roku (Netflix, Pandora, Internet TV, No cable or local channels),
- Full-size washer and dryer; scent-free laundry detergent
- Walk to local Seacliff favorites - Marianne's Ice Cream parlor and Pizza My Heart
- Convenient, five-minute drive to Safeway, coffee shops and Aptos Farmers Market
- Complimentary use of vehicle day use pass for local state parks and beaches
- Due to Santa Cruz County restrictions no events or parties allowed on the property
- Check-in is 4:00pm, and check out is 11:00am. We can accommodate early check in or late check out depending on availability. Please confirm with owner before making plans.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 14 days before arrival. NO REFUND if cancelled less than 14 days before arrival. If you are concerned about cancelling due to Covid or other emergencies, please buy travel insurance. We are not able to cancel, move or refund bookings that do not fall in our cancellation policy for any reason.

Owner thought of everything with chairs for beach.Close walk to beach and day pass was a nice touch too. Recommend providing sugar and creamer and coffee filters. Pillows were flat. Outdoor fire pit would be nice. We would stay again.

Absolute amazing stay and experience. As an architect, I appreciated the great interior layout but more importantly, the amazing outdoor space. We interchanged lounging in the “front yard” and amazing backyard. Very useable and well appointed. We even played bags and bocce in the backyard and used the bikes to get to and from the beach. Thank you Colm for sharing your home with us!!!

Our family has been coming to the beaches around Santa Cruz for 25 years and has always dreamed of owning a slice of the beach life. We fell in love with this classic beach house with its light-filled rooms and open floor plan. The neighborhood and the neighbors are fantastic, and it's just a short walk to one of the best beaches on the north coast. We love spending our weekends relaxing by the ocean with friends and family and are excited to open our home to guests who share our passion for beach life.
