Nestled on the top floor of the Shorebirds complex in building D, this cozy condo offers stunning, panoramic views of the Monterey Bay. With the waves crashing just outside your door, it’s the perfect place to wake up to breathtaking sunrises over Monterey. Whether you’re unwinding on the private patio or enjoying a peaceful night in, the natural beauty surrounding this home makes it hard to leave.

Inside, the condo is freshly updated with brand-new carpeting, a remodeled kitchen, and a top-of-the-line induction stove. The oceanfront Master Bedroom En-suite features a comfy King bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen + Twin setup, perfect for families or a couple with kids. We tried to think of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay, with fully equipped kitchen essentials, beautifully decorated interiors, and a serene, welcoming atmosphere.

But it's not just about the condo—Pajaro Dunes itself is a true gem. This gated, quiet beach community sits between Santa Cruz and Monterey along the stunning California coastline. Our resort spans across 550 homes and vacation rentals, and it's loaded with activities for all ages. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Beautiful spot on the Beach!

This is our second stay here and we returned because of the bright and beautiful space right on the beach. The house is very clean with everything you need for cooking, watching movies and enjoying the beach.

This is a nice condo! Only downside is the queen size bed as opposed to a king, but we knew that going in. Easy process for check in and out. Always a treat to be at Pajaro!

Great views of the ocean. Grounds are lovely and I felt very safe traveling with my child. We had an unfortunate issue with our unit that I believe was a result of the prior guests.

Pure relaxation

We had a short weekend stay. We've stayed at pajaro dunes many times... an idyllic location that never disappoints. It's worth pointing out this unit has superior views and an updated kitchen floor plan. Great weekend!

Peaceful, beautiful, romantic getaway

It was our first time staying at Pajaro Dunes, and it won't be the last. The resort is in a quiet, peaceful location with access to a pristine sandy beach. You can quickly get to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and many more sights. We wandered, collected shells, watched the waves, and enjoyed the quietude. We'll be back!

Girls' Get-away

We celebrated a friend's retirement, and it was the perfect home for us. The interior is newly refreshed and beautiful. The view is lovely. You do have to walk up stairs, so be prepared for that.
