Inside, the condo is freshly updated with brand-new carpeting, a remodeled kitchen, and a top-of-the-line induction stove. The oceanfront Master Bedroom En-suite features a comfy King bed, while the second bedroom offers a Queen + Twin setup, perfect for families or a couple with kids. We tried to think of everything to ensure you have a comfortable stay, with fully equipped kitchen essentials, beautifully decorated interiors, and a serene, welcoming atmosphere.

But it's not just about the condo—Pajaro Dunes itself is a true gem. This gated, quiet beach community sits between Santa Cruz and Monterey along the stunning California coastline. Our resort spans across 550 homes and vacation rentals, and it's loaded with activities for all ages. Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters.
After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

When you walk through the doors and see the expansive view, you will be glad you have this gem. We were just 2 but loved the second bedroom to keep our luggage, the 2 bathrooms were a luxury and although it was cool we love sitting on the deck to watch the sun set every night. It felt like we had the property to ourselves. We only used the grill once, but anew York City apartment dwellers, loved the option. The fireplace with the duraflame logs was something we loved every evening. The management of the resort will get back to you immediately on any issue, and ensure you are happy. This is a wonderful vacation rental in a well-run resort in an exceptionally beautiful spot. Highly recommend.

Spent a few days here for my husband's birthday. Close enough to Monterey for easy day trips to the aquarium and restaurants, but then you get to go back to an oceanfront paradise.

This is a nice condo! Only downside is the queen size bed as opposed to a king, but we knew that going in. Easy process for check in and out. Always a treat to be at Pajaro!

Great views of the ocean. Grounds are lovely and I felt very safe traveling with my child. We had an unfortunate issue with our unit that I believe was a result of the prior guests.

Peaceful, beautiful, romantic getaway

It was our first time staying at Pajaro Dunes, and it won't be the last. The resort is in a quiet, peaceful location with access to a pristine sandy beach. You can quickly get to Capitola, Santa Cruz, and many more sights. We wandered, collected shells, watched the waves, and enjoyed the quietude. We'll be back!
