About this property

Awesome oceanfront on the Sand!

Our 1750 sq ft tri-level beach house that was completely remodeled in 2007 is located just south of Aptos & Seascape Resort, approximately 12 miles south of Santa Cruz. Permit #251244. Our 2 bedroom sleeps 6, if you have guests the total may not exceed 8. It offers a panoramic oceanview with 15 miles of sandy beach. You can enjoy your coffee watching the dolphins & surfers and then watch the sunset from your deck. You have direct access to the beach and campfires are permitted until 10pm.

The gourmet kitchen of granite & stainless, is well stocked with cooking utensils and staples (spices, oils, etc) anything you may have forgotten.
Ample paper products (paper towels,toilet paper) are also supplied. Hair Dryers in 2 bathrooms.

The beds are already made up and waiting. Please bring your own bath & beach towels as they are not provided. This is our home away from home that we invite you to share and we do take great care maintaining it and believe that you will have everything you need for a perfect stay. For our guests protection, we have installed a security camera that cover the front driveway.

We love this retreat on the beach! You walk out the door, down the steps and you’re on the sand. Beautiful views from the balcony, which is a wonderful place to have your morning coffee. The beds are comfortable. There’s lots of room to spread out for conversation and games. We have come at at least six times and will be back!

Perfect beach house get away!!! Right on the beach!!! It’s a less crowded beach too which is also perfect, and you can walk forever on the beach in both directions The house is close to everything with a few minutes drive, but quiet because it’s on a private street! The house itself was great too! Kitchen had everything we needed! Bed was comfortable too! Three levels with bathrooms on each level and views of the ocean on each level. The deck overlooking the ocean was my favorite spot!!!! !. Host Beth Ann was the best, super helpful and responsive.( not that anything was wrong, I just had a few questions ). I would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

First, the location is amazing! The weather was exceptional for January and we enjoyed many walks on the beach. There is nothing like going to sleep listening to the ocean. The host reached out to me a few days prior with details of the house and stay and was very responsive. The property is very comfortable, with plenty of kitchen and bedroom space. Everything was clean and updated.

Amazing vacation
