There is so much to do here, amazing surf spot for beginner to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, long romantic walks, boogie boarding, sand castle building, beach bonfires and s'more! This is a great opportunity to get your toes in the sand. 180 degree views with direct beach access. The ocean mist can grace you in the morning and the gentle soothing ocean sounds can lull you to sleep. Watch the surfers and sunsets all from your balcony!



Please note that this home is located 20 minutes from the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk.



This property is located just 40 Min from the Monterey Bay Aquarium and 20 Min to the best whale watching sites along Monterey Bay (Moss Landing).

You cannot beat the ocean view. The entire living room wall opens to the patio making it a perfect indoor outdoor ocean view space. The setup is great for couples or a family because the master is downstairs with private bath and access to beach. Every room has a full 180 degree ocean view. It's breathtaking.
