This peaceful, cozy, fully furnished and equipped beachfront home is situated in a secure, gated community. It's ready for you and your family to enjoy. 2 bed & 2 bath this is a spacious home to lounge, cook, toast, relax and reboot in. It is bliss.
Located midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey, it's an easy drive from most San Francisco Bay area locations. Get away from it all for a weekend or week-long vacation. With a variety of activities: beach walks, hikes in the protected dunes above the beach with amazing views, pickle ball and tennis courts, swimming and surfing in the ocean -- or the choice to do nothing at all! And it's right on the beach!

This is a blissed out space, ready for full relax, recharge, a little celebration, perfect sunset happy hours and bonfire nights. It really is magical.
The unit has just been extensively remodeled with new bathrooms & kitchen & fresh paint. New living room & flooring.

The property was amazing! It was very clean and the view as we walked in the front door was beautiful. The staff at the entrance were very welcoming , especially Larry! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo’s location is simply excellent if one is looking for a beach getaway, with miles of beach access both north and south. Kitchen was well-equipped for the easy breakfast/dinner - toaster, coffee machine, enough pots, pans, plates, bowls for a group of four for a week. House was very clean with enough towels for an entire week- washer/dryer came in handy as well. Beach access cannot be more convenient given the outdoor shower station on the same floor. I didn’t receive any detailed instructions via email from Vrbo before check-in day but communication with Jon was great - via Vrbo chat for any questions. Highly recommend for anyone. I’d look Jon’s place up in the future if we visit the area again.

Place was very nice, you can just walk over the dunes to reach the beach. Very spacious and not crowded. Beach was clean as well. Definitely vacationing here with the kids again. Very kid friendly.

Great Beach Front Property

Great place to stay. Comfortable beds and small view of the ocean. Short walk to the beach and had a foot wash station right before entering the property. Weather was amazing and can’t wait to come back.

My father was born in Coney Island in Brooklyn, New York. My family & I have always loved the ocean & love being near it. We have been enjoying Pajaro Dunes for more than 30 years & have been owners since 1992. Myself and my wife Carla are taking over the condo. We live in California and have a daughter in college. I am a Psychologist and Head of Schools, but most importantly a Master Gardener. Carla is a yoga teacher and owner of 3 yoga studios in Northern California, Metta Yoga Studios. We enjoy using our condo and also renting it out to others when we are not able to use it.

We love the peace & quiet of Pajaro Dunes. We love walking on the beach & around the property. We love going to Watsonville for dinners and Sana Cruz. We bonfire, toast and sunbathe on the beautful.
