Our spacious 3 Bedroom beach condo is located in a prime location, just steps away from the sandy beach and the sparkling ocean. Perfect for a family or group of 8. You can relax on the comfortable patio and watch the sunrise or sunset over the dunes, or take a stroll along the shore and enjoy the sound of the waves. Our home is located in a gated community at Pajaro Dunes Resort. Our resort has security 24 hours a day for peaceful nights and on site staff 7 days a week.

The condo is on the beach level, facing Santa Cruz, with easy access & no stairs to climb. Once inside, our home features tile flooring throughout, giving it a fresh and modern look. The living room is bright and airy, with a comfortable sofa and a 55” Smart Sony TV with Cable, BlueRay Player, Apple TV & an external media device as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including a refrigerator, a stove, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy a separate dining area for meals! Enjoy barbecuing, our patio has a propane barbecue to cook right by the beach. Cup of coffee in the morning with our Keurig Coffee Maker.

The Master bedroom has a King bed, first guest bedroom has a Queen bed, and second guest bedroom has a Twin and a Bunk bed with a pull-out Twin Trundle. Entertain the kids in the Bunk Room with a 32” Samsung TV, with a Nintendo switch & 2 rechargeable controllers. Both Bathrooms are Gorgeous with high step walk in showers.

Don’t forget to stop on into our onsite Reception Lobby & Gift Shop. Here you will find various souvenirs, clothing items, as well as foods, snacks, and other necessities. We also have various brochures of nearby attractions at our lobby. Along with these brochures, you will find complimentary coffee and newspaper, and our extensive selection of DVDs. Play pickleball, basketball, and tennis with our assortment of sporting equipment; free to rent! Nearby amenities include tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts for our guests to use.

Please be advised that we are working to repair/replace our fireplace. During the last inspection, the HOA shared we need to replace the firebox or change it to an electric insert. We are working with the HOA to upgrade this feature in the near future. Thanks for your understanding.
