Shorebirds S251 is fully equipped and furnished for up to 7 guests. 3 bedrooms with bedding of a King, Queen, Bunk Beds (Twin on top, Full on bottom). Comfortably making this a great home for a family getaway. Brand new propane BBQ (Propane is not provided but 1lb canisters are available in lobby store for purchase) in the patio to spend lovely evenings! This recently remodeled & beautifully decorated condominium is perfect whether you're looking for a quick weekend getaway or a "Staycation" on the beach - without the expense and hassles of distant travel. Pajaro Dunes, located equidistant from Monterey and Santa Cruz is an ideal location offering everything you need to relax & enjoy family & friends. Facing Santa Cruz, our condo has a nice view to enjoy the sunset.
In this condo you will find that the owner offers sand toys and beach equipment for our renters to enjoy some fun in the sun! Enjoy the upgraded kitchen and Wake up in the morning with your choice of a standard drip coffee or Keurig!
Staying on a chilly night? Cuddle in with a movie on any TV or by the electric fireplace in the living room and grab few of our many DVDs available complimentary in our lobby!
This little piece of paradise offers a 1.5 mile of the most pristine, secluded beach where you may collect shells and sand dollars along the way.
Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets!
Our home is part of a gated community, so you'll enjoy a secure & peaceful stay. You won't have to wonder how to find your new home - our property managers will welcome you in the Lobby with keys, directions, local attractions, and anything you need.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Return furniture to its original position. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
