Great property, tucked far back from the highway so feels private. Huge backyard - great for playing games. Inside of the house was clean, spacious bedrooms and large kitchen. Fully stocked kitchen, wine fridge, main fridge and bar fridge. Lots of storage and space. About 95 steps down to the private beach area. Perfect for our ladies get-away of 9 people. Would recommend. A lovely private space for a larger group!

My stay at this Cota gave was excellent. The place was very nice and close to a private beach! The place looked like the pictures and was very spacious and clean. Would recommend and I hope to be back soon

Beautiful cottage on the water close to Grand Bend. We definitely recommend this place!The stairs to the beach are a bit much for the little ones so be prepared to carry them.

House space was well laid out and rooms were spacious. Kitchen well equipped and ample fridge space. Nice location between Grand Bend and Bayfield. Beautiful sunset views. 90 steep steps to small beach area would be treacherous for families with small children or anyone with mobility concerns and tough taking a cooler/chairs down. Lovely, large lawn area but no outdoor dining area. A heads up would have been nice so we could have brought outdoor games. House is spacious and clean. Great communication regarding booking and questions.
