Located on a 1.1 acre wooded lot, the Porch House gives you the privacy of the forest and yet is in the confines of the city.

The home is a bright, spacious three story 3000 square foot home with Five bedrooms (1 king size bed, 3 queen sized beds, 2 single beds, 1 Queen air mattress and a large sectional sofa) with a 2 car garage and easy access to all Charlotte has to offer.

As our guest, you can expect to feel like you are right at home while having our complete attention. All guests are welcome to enjoy every part of the home. The property consists of an open floor plan with a living/dining/kitchen area that easily flows to a private deck. Please note that the dining table comfortably seats 8, the kitchen island seats 4 and a kitchen nook adjacent to the island which seats 4.

Main Floor: 1000 square foot space with open living/dining/kitchen area, half bath powder room and 225 square feet of outdoor deck space in the back yard. This is 1 of the 3 common area for all guests to enjoy. The deck is equipped with an outdoor patio table, chairs and umbrella with forestry views. Surrounded by 30 foot trees is a great way to unwind and relax while enjoying your favorite beverage after a day at the track or site seeing. The main floor also features a large sectional sofa and a 65” wall mounted 4K television equipped with Cable / Netflix / Amazon Prime.

2nd Floor: The 1500 square foot second level features 4 bedrooms (total of 4 beds) and a 2 full bathrooms. The master suite includes a large seating area, King mattress, and multiple closet spaces. The accompanying bathroom houses a jacuzzi tub, a separate walk in shower, and double vanity. The remaining 3 bedrooms all contain Queen beds, are fully furnished, and designed with art provided by a local artist.

3rd Floor: 500 square foot space with a half bathroom with 2 single twin beds. The 3rd floor is a great children's playroom or can be converted into another bedroom with the twin beds and a queen air mattress. It also includes a children's play circus tent, reading area, Smart TV, and train table.

Outdoor Spaces - 90 feet of covered front porch decking which has great rocking chairs. The backyard deck attaches just off the kitchen complete with outdoor furniture as well. Both areas are amongst tons of mature trees 20-30 feet high.

This space can easily accommodate large groups up to 10 - 12 people.. Please note that babies and toddlers should also be included in the reservation head count. (We also have a pack and play as well as a high chair for our smaller guest)
