Ceiling fans and central air conditioning ensure a cool, restful stay.

Please note that the community pool and hot tub will be closed for resurfacing from September 7, 2025, through October 4, 2025. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay.
Pet Policy
This property is not pet-friendly. Unauthorized pets on the premises will result in immediate removal and a non-refundable fee of $1,000.
Starter Essentials Provided
To ensure a smooth arrival, we provide a starter supply of household essentials. Guests are responsible for restocking once these items are used. The starter pack includes:
Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
Hand soap and dish soap
5 laundry pods and 5 dishwasher pods
5 kitchen trash bags
2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 roll of paper towels
1 sponge
Parking Guidelines
Each unit is permitted a maximum of 2 vehicles on the property:
The first vehicle must be parked in the garage.
A second vehicle may park in a designated stall using a parking placard (available upon request; $250 replacement fee if lost).
If garage access is not available or a vehicle does not fit, only one car may remain on property; the second must be parked off-site.
No exceptions will be made. Violations are subject to fines.
Please note that large SUVs or oversized vehicles may not fit in the garage. We recommend a compact SUV or smaller vehicle. Additionally, commercial vehicles or trucks displaying company names are not allowed per Palm Villas Association rules.
